Parracare (Parramatta In-Home Care PTY. LTD.) is a small provider of in-home care and related services in the Parramatta area.  We are registered to provide services under the NDIS.

Parracare is run by an experienced provider of in-home care and respite services with more than 10 years of experience. We are dedicated to helping aged and disabled people continue to live within their own home, continue in employment, and to continue to enjoy their lives as much as possible.  Parracare will work with NDIS and “My Aged Care” clients and those who require our services independently.  (Currently NDIS registered, working on our “My Age Care” certification)

We provide assistance with personal activities such as, Showering and dressing, feeding, preparing meals, shopping and house-hold cleaning

We will provide respite care for carers and assistance to clients on outings such as shopping where transport is viable.

Parracare staff will work with clients to help them expand their own ability to live their life.Parracare staff will provide assistance to client to ensure they can access and maintain employment – such as assistance with dressing and other preparation needed to attending employment.

We are happy to provide these services for high-need individuals.

As a small business, Parracare does not cover all the range of services you may need, but we will work with our clients, their NDIS coordinator and other service providers as required to facilitate their care.

  • High intensity daily personal activities

Note that we are happy to discuss the provision of related services which are not NDIS supported as part of private arrangements.

Certification and Registration

Parracare’s was certified in June 2018 by an independent third party verifier – QIP –  as compliant with NSW Disability Services Standards (DSS) – which reflect the national standards.   This allowed us to be registered with the NDIA (National Disability Insurance Authority).

On the 1st of July 2018, along with all NSW NDIA providers, our registration was moved to to the new NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.    As part of this process well will be re-certifying  with the commissioning by the end of January 2019.
